PLANBET Rules and Policies
This page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. What binds you is always the live terms inside the account, together with the law where you live. Settle your own position before you deposit.
About this site
This site describes PLANBET: the sportsbook, the casino, the bonus offers and the app. It is an independent information site. It takes no bets, holds no accounts, keeps no money and processes no withdrawals — all of that happens at the operator itself, on the operator's terms.
The editorial text is written by Theo Marsh, who tested PLANBET across sports and esports, pre-match and live, on desktop and mobile, with no commercial relationship to the operator. Where this site quotes figures — wagering requirements, ceilings, windows, coefficients — they are the ones that applied at the time of testing. Offers move, and the operator's live site is always the version that counts.
Terms and conditions
Opening an account means accepting the operator's terms. The points that actually decide anything day to day are these:
- Age. Eighteen and over, higher where local law requires it. An account opened for someone under age is closed, and its winnings are not paid.
- One account per person. One account per person, household, address, device and payment method. Second accounts are merged or closed.
- Correct details. Your name, date of birth and address must be entered exactly as they appear on the document you will later verify with. A detail that does not match is the commonest reason a first withdrawal is held up.
- Account currency. The currency you set at registration is permanent — it decides what the cashier speaks, and it cannot be swapped later.
- Your money, your account. Deposit with a payment method in your own name, and you are paid back to the same one.
- Where you are. Gambling law is local, and an offer showing on your screen is not proof you are cleared to take it. Check your own position before you deposit; that part is entirely yours.
- Fair use. Arranging results, automation, exploiting an obvious pricing error and opening accounts purely to harvest bonuses are all prohibited, and the bets involved are voided.
The operator can change the terms. Material changes are announced inside the account; carrying on playing afterwards accepts the new version.
Betting rules and settlement
Odds are shown as decimals and the format is set once in the account. The number you see is everything that comes back on a one-unit stake, your own money included, and the waterline sits at 2.00 — under it a favourite, over it a longshot.
Single, combo and system are the three shapes a slip takes; chain bets and Toto pools sit in their own section rather than on the main slip, and they behave differently enough to be worth a proper look before a first stake. On live markets expect a price to freeze for a beat whenever the game state lurches.
Settlement follows the official result of the competition's organiser. A fixture postponed beyond the operator's settlement window is voided and the stake returned; inside a combo a voided leg counts as odds of 1.00 and the rest of the slip stands. An obvious pricing error can be corrected after the fact — standard across the industry, and it works both ways.
General bonus terms
A bonus is an exchange, not a present: you receive bonus funds and play them through before they turn into money you can withdraw. Five things decide what an offer is really worth — the wagering requirement, the window, the stake cap per line, the eligible games and the deposit method. Casino deposit bonuses carry the standard x35 inside a set window with a stake cap usually around five euros; the sports side works through accumulator bets instead.
Choose the sport or the casino bonus track in your account settings before you deposit, and staying on the track you chose is what keeps the sequence of offers coming. Almost every promotion is switched off for cryptocurrency accounts. A bonus that expires unmet is lost, along with any winnings built on bonus funds.
Slots do the heavy lifting toward clearing a casino bonus; table and live dealer games generally sit outside it. That is the single most consequential term on the site and the one most often skipped — weigh it before you opt in, not after.
Verification and KYC
Identity verification arrives at your first withdrawal, not at sign-up. The standard set is a photo ID, a proof of address from the last few months and sometimes a confirmation of the payment method you used.
The one thing that reliably slows it down is a name on the account that does not match the document — nobody checks at registration, somebody does at the first withdrawal. Enter it exactly as it appears on the document, letter for letter, and sort the papers out before you need them rather than on the day you want paying.
Payment rules
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Closed loop | Withdrawals return, wherever possible, to the same method you deposited with. |
| Same name | The payment method must be in the account holder's name. Third-party payments are not accepted. |
| Withdrawal speed | Crypto and e-wallets clear fastest, frequently same-day once verification is done, while cards trail because of the rails beneath them. |
| Crypto and bonuses | Almost every promotion is switched off for crypto accounts. If the offers matter to you, fund the account another way. |
| Wagering before withdrawal | An open bonus rollover holds the bonus balance until it is met or expires. |
Card and instant deposits clear on the spot, which is what you want when a price is live. On the way out cards drag while crypto and e-wallets fly, so if speed matters, pick with that in mind — and remember crypto switches the bonuses off on the way in.
The currency you set at registration is the one the cashier speaks, which is the practical reason that choice is permanent.
Anti-money-laundering
The operator is required to know its customers and the source of their funds. In practice that means identity verification, proportionality checks when an account's volume changes gear, and payments that return the way they came.
Using an account for somebody else, or moving money to a stranger through a betting account, is the shortest route to a frozen balance. Keep the account yours and the paperwork straight.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Start with live chat, which resolves the overwhelming majority of everyday cases and keeps no office hours. For anything needing a paper trail or an attached document, use email: a genuinely tangled payment case wants a route a chat window cannot fully open.
- Live chat. The main channel is a multilingual chat available around the clock, and for most questions it is the right tool.
- Email to support, when the case needs a written record or an attachment — a disputed settlement, a payment that has to be escalated.
- A formal complaint to the operator, with your account number, the date, the ticket or transaction number and a short account of what happened. A written reply is the starting point of any later step.
- An external body. If it stays unresolved, the route is the dispute resolution body named under the licence the operator works with. Where that body sits is in the operator's terms — worth reading before you deposit rather than after.
Keep ticket numbers, screenshots and timestamps. If the internal reply does not settle it, the next step is the body named in the operator's terms.
Risk warning
Gambling is entertainment, and entertainment costs money. Every game on the platform carries a built-in house edge, so the maths favours the operator over time. Single sessions swing both ways; prolonged play tends toward the edge.
It is never a dependable way to make money, and chasing a loss — or chasing a wagering requirement — is the shortest route from a bad night to a real problem.
Privacy
This site opens no accounts, processes no payments and asks for no documents. The personal data you hand over when you open an account goes to the operator, under the operator's privacy policy. The connection to the operator is encrypted on mobile exactly as it is on desktop, and identity checks are the same on any device.
The links to the operator on this site are affiliate links and carry an identifier. That changes neither the offer you receive nor the price you pay.
Cookie policy
This site uses cookies to remember display preferences and to count, in aggregate, which pages are read. None of them identifies you by name.
Your browser can block or delete them whenever you like — nothing on these pages stops working if you do.
Responsible play
Set a deposit limit on the day you open the account rather than the day you wish you had. Caps, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion all sit in the same account settings and behave the same on mobile and on desktop.
A phone puts a bet a single tap away, at any hour, in any spare minute — and that convenience is exactly what asks for a little intention. Eighteen and over, higher where local law requires it.
If your gambling has stopped doing you any good — or someone else's has — free and confidential help is available in most countries, at no cost and with no obligation.
Contact
For anything about your account, your balance, a withdrawal or a particular bet, talk to the operator: they hold the account, and this site does not. Live chat runs around the clock and email is there for whatever needs a written record.
The losing-streak bonus is the one promotion claimed by email rather than a button: write to support with your account number and the right subject line. For an editorial correction on these pages — a figure that has aged, a condition that has moved — the text is written by Theo Marsh and corrections are made on the page they appeared on.
